Wedding

Thai Traditional Styled Wedding

The start of the Thai wedding ceremony is announced by the rhythmic beat of the Thai victory drum parade. Thai dancers escort the groom to await the arrival of the bridal procession before entering the wedding place

Ceremony Order

• Thai victory drum parade wills escort the groom to get the bride and walk together through the wedding ceremony
• Invited Monks to conduct your wedding ceremony
• The wedding couple presents the monks with alms and food
• The wedding couple ‘Wai’ by clasping their palms together in the traditional prayer-like gesture while one by one the guests pour a conch shell full of sacred water over the couple's hands while saying a blessing for good luck.
• Champagne toast
• Wedding cake cutting

Western Styled Wedding

The Bride and Groom enter the colorfully decorated aisle through the beautiful flower arch, elegantly dressed, the bride carrying her flower bouquet and wedding guests flank each side of the aisle.

Ceremony Order

• The Bride is escorted into the wedding with the music of her choice in the background
• The Master of Ceremonies conducts the wedding ceremony
• Bride and Groom exchange rings and wedding vows
• Bride and Groom offer a Champagne Toast
• Cutting the Wedding Cake

• ‘Rum Lao Kra-thop Mai’ traditional group dance – guests will be divided into two groups of four to join
• ‘Fron left’ from the North. The dancers will go around and invite guests to join in this rather rhythmic dance
